All technical support requests must be submitted via the Technical Support Request form. We attempt to follow up all support requests within 4 hours during normal business hours. Support will be provided via email or phone based on the request submitted. Be sure to include a detailed explanation of your support request and the telephone number(s) at which you can be reached.

Software Maintenance and Live Support
New Image Software utilizes GoToAssist and JoinMe software for our Live Help support. During each interactive session, our support technician will guide you through setup and training issues just as if they were with you in your office. Your support & software maintenance (upgrade) features include:

Purchased Products & Upgrades
* Unlimited Live Help and FREE Software Maintenance for 90 days (Mobile iOS subscribers receive free support for all New Image products).
* After 90 days Live Help may be purchased for $39 per 15 minute session.

All Products 
* Software may be transferred between computers for a $39 re-licensing fee (technical support not included)
