TURN OFF AUTOMATIC UPDATES ON YOUR DEVICES IF YOU ARE NOT USING VERSION 19 OR GREATER as your data will not be accessible without an update!

For those buying a new Mac - Ventura and the M2 chip are fully supported. Windows 11 is also fully supported.

For those updating their Mac OS to Sonoma an update from all past versions of FileMaker must be done to Claris FileMaker 2023. Please contact us for that update by filling out a request prior to the update. If the update is run and your FileMaker has not been updated you will not be able to access your files.

If using any version prior to 19 fill out a technical support request so a time can be scheduled to update your files.

Adding Graphs to InspectorFX Software

InspectorFX Graphs can be created with a variety of drawing programs including Windows Paint®, SmartDraw® and RapidSketch®. The most popular drawing program for Mac is TouchDraw®. iPad users can purchase TouchDraw® at the App Store.

SmartDraw®, RapidSketch® and TouchDraw® each have comprehensive tutorials on their websites and YouTube. We have included custom tutorials for Windows Paint®, SmartDraw® and TouchDraw® under the Help Menu of InspectorFX Mac and PC software. You can view the iOS tutorial by clicking on the tutorial icon from your iPad or iPhone. (note: the tutorial is branded for our sister program, SmartPest Paperless Office, however all instruction applies to InspectorFX as well).
